Terms and Conditions for Kids Activities at BIG4 Ulverstone
Eligibility: Activities are designed for children aged between 4 to 12 years. Children outside this age range may participate at the discretion of activity coordinators.
Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times during the activities unless otherwise specified.
Registration: Prior registration is recommended for certain activities, especially those with limited slots. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
Safety: All activities have been designed with safety in mind. Participants should follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by coordinators. BIG4 Ulverstone is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance.
Equipment: All materials and equipment provided should be handled with care. Any damage or breakage caused due to negligence might be chargeable.
Cancellation: If an activity is cancelled by BIG4 Ulverstone due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be informed in advance. No compensation will be provided for such cancellations.
Behaviour: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coordinators and fellow participants. BIG4 Ulverstone reserves the right to exclude or remove any participant behaving disruptively.
Personal Belongings: BIG4 Ulverstone is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during activity sessions. It's recommended that valuables be left in a secure location.
Media Release: Photographs or videos might be taken during the activities. By participating, guardians grant BIG4 Ulverstone the rights to use these images for promotional purposes unless otherwise informed in writing.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: For activities involving food (like cooking dinner), parents/guardians must inform the coordinators about any allergies or dietary restrictions beforehand.
Changes: BIG4 Ulverstone reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.
